Quick project update

Hey, everyone!
I hope your January is going well. I just wanted to share a quick update. The interior pages are drawn and colored, and around half the book has been lettered. The rest of the process shouldn't take more than a week, after which the finished product will be sent to the printer. We should also be able to assemble the digital version at that time. The printing process usually takes a couple of weeks (depending on their workload), and then the books will be shipped to our fulfillment partner for distribution. We're still on time to meet our goals, those being March for the digital editions and May for the physical issues, but I hope to beat those dates. I will keep everyone posted as we progress through the process.

Update on excessive postage for add-ons

Hey folks,
I just wanted to mention that I've noticed that excessive postage is being applied in certain circumstances when items are added to an existing order. If you run into this problem, just send me a message and I'll look into it. If warranted, I'll issue a credit to offset some or all of it. Backerkit is very useful, but it's always been kind of weird about how it makes you set up postage. Anyway, just drop me a line and I'll see what I can do for you.👍

Smoke Test Going Out!

Here's a quick update to let you know the Backerkit setup is complete and we'll be sending out a smoke test to around 5% of you. If that goes well, we'll send surveys to everyone else soon afterward where you'll be able to finalize your orders and add anything to them that you might have wanted the first time around. Post-campaign update

We are thrilled at how well the campaign did, and it's due entirely to our awesome backers -- that's you! You have our deepest gratitude for believing in the project and bringing it to life. As I always say, we literally couldn't do it without you.
Up next, we'll keep working on the book, with the pages over halfway drawn and colored, and letters to follow. Meanwhile, Kickstarter will sort out the payments and deliver the final sum in a couple of weeks, which we'll use to cover costs including printing, postage, and handling when we get to that phase. Once funds have been collected, we'll move everything over to Backerkit to let everyone modify and finalize their orders. You'll be notified as we move from phase to phase.
